Be Quick Off the Block – 20% Off All Steaks

The filet steak is cut from the inner tenderloin – the least used area of the beef – making it the most tender and understandably the most desirable piece of beef available. Indulge in the most prized cut of beef; very lean with virtually no fat. Best served either medium/rare or well done – you won’t be disappointed with the steak connoisseur’s favourite.

Ribeye steaks are cut from the rib section of the beef and get the name ‘ribeye’ from the hole where the bone has been removed. These cuts are generously marbled which gives them a distinct flavour. Rump steaks are taken from the lower back of the cow. A layer of fat remains on these traditional rumps steak cuts; giving a deep, rich, beefy flavour. They are best done rare to medium.

Sirloin steaks are tremendously tender; one of the best, more succulent cuts. These thinly cut sirloin steaks are bursting with flavour. Quick and easy to cook, these steaks are the perfect product if you ever want to impress in a hurry. Why not quickly fry them and serve in fresh crusty bread for a fabulous steak sandwich?

Cut from the rear portion of the animal, sirloin is one of the most flavoursome steaks and just as tender as a fillet. A good sized lean steak, which is great value for money and can be used for anything from steak dishes to beef stir fry.

A delicious, thick cut of beef steak on the T-shaped bone (hence the name). The T-bone provides an unbeatable, delectable combination of succulent sirloin on one side with tender fillet on the other side, enhanced with the extra flavour from the bone – a real indulgence.
