All of our beef is sourced from Quality Meat Scotland (QMS) approved farms, ensuring full traceability from farm to fork. QMS approved farms follow strict guidelines which insist that the highest standards of welfare are maintained. The beef cows are born and reared within Scotland, spending much of their time on pastures which have often been farmed by many generations of the same family. By working closely with our suppliers, we can ensure that the finest quality meat is chosen for you. Our beef is matured using natural methods before being butchered by our own master butchers, who have many years of experience and knowledge between them. The butchers select the cuts with the perfect amount of marbling and fat cover, assuring the tastiest, most succulent beef available.
