Tarbert Fine Food’s Scottish Cold Smoked Salmon


Our cold smoked fillets of Atlantic salmon are expertly hand cured with salt and brown sugar for a minimum of 12 hours before being gently smoked over rich oak chips. Once smoking is complete, the natural flavours are left to mature over a specific period of time, in a temperature controlled environment, producing a perfectly balanced blend of smoke and cure. The quality of our cold smoked salmon can be tasted every time, making it an extremely popular product. It’s perfect in a range of recipes, served in a bagel with cream cheese, or in a variety of pasta dishes.
