Prime Rib Roast (boneless)


Cut from the rib area of the beef, this is a deliciously tender piece of meat. The bones have been removed for ease of carving. These roasts can be cooked using the traditional method of roasting at a high temperature for a few minutes, then reducing the heat, finishing the cooking at a lower temperature, giving a beautiful crispy crust with a tender rare/medium centre. Serve with roast potatoes and Yorkshire puddings.
